client relationships and spearheaded the creation of a support team for existing customers.

Implemented version 1.0 of RealAudio, the first streaming radio solution
on the Internet. Fully responsible for version 1.0 of the server software and the original
protocol design. Contributed extensively to version 1.0 of the RealAudio client software.
Designed a datagram-based streaming protocol for loss-tolerant transmission of audio data and
associated multimedia events.
