- 16 ounces firm tofu (not silken)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 heaping tablespoons sesame tahini
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (co-ops and upscale groceries have it)
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste
Mix in food processor until smooth. If it does not smooth out easily, add a very small amount of water and scrape down the sides.
This goes very well in baked manicotti or lasagna.
